Ever wonder what's going on in your body during your period? If so, join WECAN for an evening of celebrating and deepening our understanding of the menstrual cycle. Licensed Midwife, Doula, and Prenatal Yoga Instructor, Hannah Dunford, will explain the different phases of the cycle, how hormones influence your physical and mental state, and the steps you can take to best care for yourself throughout the entire process. Participants are encouraged to bring note taking materials for the first half of the workshop. Following Hannah's presentation, they will then create an art piece/mandala based on what they learned.
